Creating new homes is a dream of our Director Harry, and is something Flawless have been working towards for many years. We understand this is no doubt the biggest thing you can take on and we aim to create a smooth process but to also make this exciting and enjoyable for our customers.
Flawless work closely with Architects that we can put you in contact with to get your initial designs drawn up. We will work with you to ensure this is your ideal home, whether you’re looking for that dream walk-in wardrobe, big family garden to make your memories in or a bespoke kitchen to your exact design.
We are proud to say that we have all trades in house, this is from a Kitchen designer to carpenters, plumbers, brick layers, groundworkers, tilers, labourers, decorators, electricians and plasterers. No time is wasted or project pro-longed by outsourcing or relying on other companies for their expertise, we can provide experienced tradesmen in house.
We have a designated team of people for each stage of your build, and continuous access to communication with the Project Manager and an office team who will be available to you throughout the entire build. Working with a small family run business, we survive on customer feedback, we work extremely hard to ensure we give you the experience of a committed, grateful company whose aim is customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
All our New Build Homes come with a 2-year fixture and fittings warranty, we also offer an ABC 10-year Structural Warranty.
